Park & Recreation Commission

The parks and recreation commission shall consist of a trustee appointed annually by the village president and not less than four nor more than six citizen members who are citizens of the village appointed by the village president for indefinite terms, subject to annual review by the village board. All appointments by the village president shall be subject to confirmation by the village board. Terms of office for citizen members shall commence on May 1. The Park and Recreation Commission shall be in charge of administering Sec. 2-184 of the village code.
