Water Softeners

The DNR is pushing for lower chloride limits at our Wastewater (Sewer) Treatment Plant.  As a result, our ordinance states that timer or daily regeneration water softeners can no longer be installed.  All new units must be “On Demand” as the ordinance states.  All softeners need to be inspected every 5 years.  The village office will send out a reminder when your inspection is due.
