Tax Collection

Your tax bill is mailed to you in December of every year.  The first one-half installment or full payment is due by January 31^st and is payable to the Village of St. Nazianz.  Payments can be made in person at the Village Office, mailed, or placed in the Village drop box.  If you would like a receipt, please include a self- addressed stamped envelope.  The second-half installment is due by July 31^st each year and is made payable to Manitowoc County Treasurer.  If your mortgage company is to pay your taxes through escrow service, please inform them of the above information.  Further information and instructions will be included in your tax bill.
